Thomas H. Duffy, Founder / CEO
Thomas has 16 years of airline industry experience. He started flying and gaining knowledge of airline structure and practices when he was 17. From there, Thomas went on to earn his Commercial Pilots License and Multi-engine ratings by the time he was 20. He graduated with a degree in technology from Johnson & Wales University and then went on to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). While at ERAU, Thomas earned two Bachelor Degrees in Aeronautical Science and Aviation Business Management and minored in Airport Planning & Design. Since graduating, Thomas started a successful non-profit organization that funds teenagers to obtain their pilots license and then briefly flew for the airlines.
Jarvis Hall, Founder / CSO
Jarvis is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aviation Business Management and Air Traffic Control certifications. He has a colorful professional background filled with complementary experiences in the fields of teaching, media, film, marketing, sales, leadership, international etiquette and protocol. Having successfully developed and managed three other companies, Mr. Hall is more than capable to help make GroundFlights a tremendous success. In his surge to address and meet the needs of this vast global commerce he has created Mr. Hall is also the manager of BBG Management Group whose sole purpose is to support, advise and invest in young companies that are making a significant impact in the community. Mr. Hall adds an excitement to the business world that is unique, refreshing and contagious to all markets.
